x2 Delivery by Courier (before 11:00)
X2 standard delivery by courier makes it possible to send documents, parcels and cargo of different size and weight to the specified recipient’s address on the following business day to the largest cities of Latvia and in the Riga City territory before 11:00.
X2 standard delivery by courier – only when sending to the largest cities of Latvia and to the Riga City territory, as well as for items not heavier than 400 kg.
This service is provided in zones depending on the territory: zone 1, zone 2 and zone 3.
- Zone 1 – Riga City territory, Babīte, Baloži, Jaunmārupe, Katlakalns, Piņķi, Titurga, Ulbroka.
- Zone 2 – largest cities: Aizkraukle, Alūksne, Balvi, Bauska, Cēsis, Daugavpils, Dobele, Gulbene, Jēkabpils, Jelgava, Jūrmala, Preiļi, Krāslava, Kuldīga, Liepāja, Limbaži, Ludza, Madona, Ogre, Rēzekne, Saldus, Talsi, Tukums, Valka, Valmiera, Ventspils. The service is not available for items heavier than 400 kg
- Zone 3 – the service is not available for X2 standard delivery by courier*.

21% value added tax is added to the specified rates.
* Mailing items to zone 3 is possible upon an individual agreement with the Express Mail of Latvijas Pasts.
To compensate for variable fuel costs, a surcharge based on the cost of diesel is applied to domestic courier deliveries. They are not included in the price calculation on the table above. Please check table in Price Calculator section.
(The indicated surcharges apply to contract customers, for others the surcharge will be included in the tariff when paying at the place of postal services).
Our couriers will deliver gifts, food, boxes, household appliances, furniture, construction materials, pallets and other items. Major Latvian companies and online shops choose us.
Cash-on-Delivery
We provide the recipient with the possibility to pay for the goods in cash or using a payment card at the time of delivery.
Insurance
Express Mail pays its customers indemnity amounting to the entire insurance amount, if the item is lost or completely damaged with signs of damage on the packaging.
Processing of Documents
An item can be accompanied by documents, which we ask the customer to sign and deliver back to the sender. We will deliver the documents to be received at your convenience – every day, once a week, twice a month or once a month.
Processing and Return of
Leasing Documents
You can add leasing documents when preparing an item for mailing. We will ensure processing of these documents and delivery thereof back to you. We will deliver the leasing documents to be received from the customer at your convenience – every day, once a week, twice a month or once a month.
Returning an Item to the Sender
We return the item to the sender upon request of the sender or recipient
“Attention – Fragile!”
We offer labelling of postal items with “Attention – Fragile!” label indicating that these items request special attention during transportation.
Bulky Cargo
In the territory of Latvia, we also offer shipment of bulky cargo, pallets, where the sum of length, width and depth exceeds 2.1 m.
