x1 Delivery by Courier
X1 economic delivery by courier makes it possible to send documents, parcels and cargo of different size and weight to the specified recipient’s address on the following business day throughout Latvia.
This service is provided in zones depending on the territory: zone 1, zone 2 and zone 3.
X1 economic delivery by courier is available throughout Latvia.
- Zone 1 – Riga City territory, Babīte, Baloži, Jaunmārupe, Katlakalns, Piņķi, Titurga, Ulbroka.
- Zone 2 – largest cities: Aizkraukle, Alūksne, Balvi, Bauska, Cēsis, Daugavpils, Dobele, Gulbene, Jēkabpils, Jelgava, Preiļi, Jūrmala, Rēzekne, Krāslava, Saldus, Kuldīga, Talsi, Liepāja, Tukums, Limbaži, Valka, Ludza, Valmiera, Madona, Ventspils, Ogre.
- Zone 3 – all the rest of the territory of the Republic of Latvia.

21% value added tax is added to the specified rates.
To compensate for variable fuel costs, a surcharge based on the cost of diesel is applied to domestic courier deliveries. They are not included in the price calculation on the table above. Please check table in Price Calculator section.
(The indicated surcharges apply to contract customers, for others the surcharge will be included in the tariff when paying at the place of postal services).
Cash-on-Delivery
We provide the recipient with the possibility to pay for the goods in cash or using a payment card at the time of delivery.
Insurance
Express Mail pays its customers indemnity amounting to the entire insurance amount, if the item is lost or completely damaged with signs of damage on the packaging.
Processing of Documents
An item can be accompanied by documents, which we ask the customer to sign and deliver back to the sender. We will deliver the documents to be received at your convenience – every day, once a week, twice a month or once a month.
Processing and Return of
Leasing Documents
You can add leasing documents when preparing an item for mailing. We will ensure processing of these documents and delivery thereof back to you. We will deliver the leasing documents to be received from the customer at your convenience – every day, once a week, twice a month or once a month.
Returning an Item to the Sender
We return the item to the sender upon request of the sender or recipient.
“Attention – Fragile!”
We offer labelling of postal items with “Attention – Fragile!” label indicating that these items request special attention during transportation.
Bulky Cargo
In the territory of Latvia, we also offer shipment of bulky cargo, pallets, where the sum of length, width and depth exceeds 2.1 m.
