We would like to inform you that in connection with global changes, we had to revise the rates of Latvijas Past Eksprespasta – EMS (Express Mail Service) service for shipments to certain countries. From April 11, 2023, we have significantly reduced the rates for shipments to Ukraine, reducing them by an average of 33% for shipments weighing up to 1 kilogram, thus ensuring lower rates for other weight categories to this country as well.

Rates will increase for shipments to Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. For sending parcels to Russia, the previous transport surcharge of EUR 7.00 is included in the basic tariff and is no longer applicable.

As a reminder, no additional fuel factor surcharges apply to EMS shipments.
